A Long Overdue Update

I have neglected this poor thing for too long. Let me begin by wishing everyone a happy new year. It is hard for me to believe that it is 2009. My oldest son will be 13 this year. I am not supposed to be the father of a teenager. Where has the time gone? Sometimes I feel like I am going to just wake up one day and be dead. Scary.

We are in Pearlington, Mississippi now. We're living in the base camp that IDES has been using for the past two years. We are praying that we will be able to acquire from the owner and use it for our home and for the new plant. I think it is real close to happening.

IDES is almost finished with the house-building here. They have done so much since Katrina and have definitely made a positive impact here on the Gulf Coast. Now we need to build upon that foundation and continue the spiritual rebuilding that is so desperately needed.
